Erica Hartman was born and raised in the wine country of Northern California, is a United States Air Force Veteran and 18 year military spouse. Helping others is Erica’s passion! During her husband's several military deployments, Erica mentored young wives and mothers dealing with deployment separation for the first time. Based on her own PCS’ing experiences, Erica knows how much is involved in transferring from one duty station to the next. Having first-hand exposure to the military relocation process she understands the obstacles and challenges when buying or selling a home and recognizes the needs of military families.
Erica met her loving husband while on active duty and is blessed with two sweet silly and easy-going boys. Erica understands the importance of raising a strong read more family with love and traditions that support positive family values.
During her boys’ elementary school days, Erica enjoyed volunteering her time in their classrooms as Room Mom, an active PTA board member and an elected member of the Student Site Council. Recognized for her organization, planning, and people-skills, Erica was appointed Team Manager maintaining 11 youth baseball, football and soccer teams prior to her boys transferring to their competitive soccer clubs.
Erica believes in giving back to her community and every holiday season her family volunteers to give back to the San Antonio community serving meals at homeless shelters, giving toys to underprivileged children, packing non-perishable groceries for senior citizens at the Food Bank, delivering hot meals to the elderly at their homes and distributing meals to the homeless on the streets with Operation Turkey.
